Aisha Jamila Hinds was born in America and is best-known for her role in The Shield. This ballet and musical adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. Bachchan could bring her beauty and star power in her debut English film. Following the release of Provoked the a True Story in English, she returned to Bollywood and starred in the big-budget Dhoom: 2 (2007).
